Want to sit courtside at the Staples Center and rub elbows with celebrities at this year's "classic" NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics? A recent search on StubHub.com (using SeatFetcher.com to search the site) for Game 4 NBA Finals tickets showed center court courtside tickets in Los Angeles for only $37,839 per ticket! If you were a true bargain shopper, you would have pounced on center court courtside tickets going for only $28,000 per ticket for Game 3 at the Staples Center.

Why is Game 4 going for more than Game 3? We have no idea. Our best guess is that Game 4 could be the final game of the series, now that the Celtics have a 2-0 lead on the Lakers and people want to see the trophy handed out -- even if it's not to their team. Or maybe these tickets are right in between Cameron Diaz and Adam Sandler?

Other courtside tickets for Game 4 are going for between $27,000 and $28,000 per ticket on StubHub.com as of this writing.

Most likely, anyone purchasing courtside seats would want at least two tickets, which would cost over $75,000 for a pair. We're not sure what the face value is for these tickets, but we heard that Boston Celtics courtside tickets had a face value of around $3,200 per ticket.

A recent search on TicketsNow.com for Game 4 showed courtside tickets listed for as high as $37,450 per ticket. TicketNetwork.com showed baseline courtside tickets for $23,760 per ticket.

If this series goes seven games, will courtside seats fetch more than $40,000 per ticket? Stay tuned...
