Your privacy is important to SeatFetcher LLC (“SeatFetcher”). This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites, products, and services offered by SeatFetcher. All of our services currently do not require you to register with us or provide any personal information to us. In order to operate SeatFetcher, however, and in order to provide you with SeatFetcher services, we may collect the following types of information:

When you sign up for a SeatFetcher email newsletter or other SeatFetcher service or promotion that requires registration, we may ask you for personal information (e.g., name, email address, etc.). We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other SeatFetcher services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. In addition, when you unsubscribe from an email newsletter product, we will remove you from the list of subscribers. However, we will save your email address to ensure that we do not email to you again in the future, unless you re-subscribe.

When you visit SeatFetcher, we send one or more cookies (small files containing a string of characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends, such as how people search. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to not accept cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being sent. If you have cookies disabled, however, some SeatFetcher features and services may not function properly.

When you use SeatFetcher services, the servers we use automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request including date and time of the request, your IP address, your browser type, your browser language, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

When you send email or other communication to SeatFetcher, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

We offer some of our services to other web sites. In some cases, the personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to SeatFetcher in order to fully deliver the service. SeatFetcher may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our products and to customize content and advertising.
This Privacy Policy only applies to websites and services that are owned and operated by SeatFetcher. We do not exercise control over the websites displayed and/or linked to on our websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

In addition to what has been described above, SeatFetcher also may process personal information for the following purposes:

(1) auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services,
(2) ensuring the technical functioning of our network, and
(3) developing new products and services.

SeatFetcher processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and may do so in other countries, as well. In some cases, we may process personal information on a server outside your own country. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our advertising partners.

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask you for your consent prior to such use.

If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes. You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case SeatFetcher may or may not be able to provide those services to you.

We provide such information to companies affiliated with SeatFetcher, as well as other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. It is also necessary to enforce applicable Terms of Use, as well as to investigate any potential violations and abuses of the Terms of Use. In addition, we may need to use this information to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. Finally, we use this information to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of SeatFetcher, its users, and the public as required or permitted by law.

If SeatFetcher becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will make every reasonable effort to provide notice of such a change before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may, from time-to-time, share with third parties certain pieces of personal information in the aggregate. For example, we may share information related to the number of website visitors who searched for a particular event or clicked on a particular website. Such information does not identify you individually.

We do our best to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

We restrict access to personal information to SeatFetcher employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

SeatFetcher processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

When you use SeatFetcher, we make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is SeatFetcher's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between SeatFetcher and an individual.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Each version of this Privacy Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
